I think it's really disturbing that I might be wearing my sister, but I can still heft a battle axe around. 

I guess it would be even more disturbing if the flood washed my slayer abilities away again though.  Thank heaven, small favors.

To be truthful I lost Albus over a terrible accident. After that... I suppose I did... fear being close again.

People saw us as opposite ends of the spectrum, but we were really so very much alike. At least, we were in our youth. That's when I knew him best. A fact which apparently remained hidden, as did so many other things in my world.

Sounds a little bit like me and Faith actually. We've been everything from besties to enemies and back again, but we're definitely... polar opposites in a lot of ways.

Ok, that would actually be me stretching things pretty far. Maybe for like... a period of a few days. But we have gotten closer ever since she stopped being evil. That was kinda a pre-req for continued contact.

To be honest, some of the most heroic people I know were ones who took their time walking on the dark side. I think it gave them a perspective on things that not a lot of people have. They really earned their way back.
